PUSH UP can improve the endurance and performance of the muscles with expert training and appropriate rest periods. Muscles do not grow during training, they grow at night in the deep sleep phase. Muscle fibers are stimulated to grow by the training stimulus and thus prepare themselves for the next phase of exertion.

The intake of vitamin E & C plus an organic source of selenium not only promotes muscle building, but also protects the cell membrane. The heart and skeletal muscles can be positively influenced. Essential amino acids support healthy muscle building and can slow muscle loss in older horses. Mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) are indigestible carbohydrates from the cell wall of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with a prebiotic effect. They are natural fiber with a sugar-like basic structure that cannot be digested by the animal. In combination with beta glucans, they have a high binding capacity for pathogens and toxins within the intestinal flora. The fat-soluble component in MiaPhenol® strengthens the cell membrane.
Thanks to its antioxidant effect at various levels, MiaPhenol® strengthens the enzymatic protection system and more vitamin E remains to take over immune functions.
